The PIF Graduate Development Program is a world-class, highly selective and challenging initiative that attracts, develops, and deploys the best of young Saudi talents.
PIF Graduate Development Program (GDP)
The GDP is run annually by PIF in partnership with elite universities and training institutes, ensuring the graduates are given the best possible start to their career.
The Program At A Glance
Established in 2017 with 40 candidates, this year the GPD will prepare 160 fresh graduates to start their professional lives with PIF and its projects and portfolio companies.
The program is crafted to provide graduates with the necessary skills and knowledge to enter the employment market equipped to succeed, helping them take the first step on their professional journey and developing capability in key economic sectors in line with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030.
Program Learning Journey
The GPD program is a learning experience that will challenge and transform you professionally and personally over ten months.
The learning experience includes both classroom and on-the-job training, where you will develop a solid foundation in core skills and knowledge through various learning activities, exercises, and experiences, and work alongside leaders and experts in their field, learning how to turn academic knowledge into the best industry practice that will build the blocks you'll need for your future career.

Eligibility Criteria
- Saudi Nationals who holds a bachelor or master degree
- Achieved a minimum of 3.75 out of 5 GPA or equivalent
- A Fresh graduate with no more than two-year experience
- English Language Proficiency a minimum of 6 IELTS score or equivalent
