Al Rukham Al Abiad KSA commits to localize marble processing in Saudi Arabia

Introduction:

Al Rukham Al Abiad KSA is a part of Bianco Marble Qatar, a leading natural stone supplier in the region and one of the oldest in Qatar, with over two decades of experience in the industry. Bianco Marble Qatar has a factory of 6,500 square meters equipped with advanced machinery and production lines, enabling the company to deliver 300+ projects, including five-star hotels, resorts, malls, office buildings, public structures, and high-end private residences.

Bianco Marble Qatar partnered strategically with PIF and established Al Rukham Al Abiad KSA to localize a marble-cutting facility in Saudi Arabia.

Private Sector Partnership:

Bianco Marble Qatar explored the 25+ opportunities listed on the Private Sector Hub for the construction and building components sector and registered its interest in the ‘Marble cutting’ opportunity. After registering on the Private Sector Hub, PIF supported Bianco Marble Qatar by providing visibility on the demand-supply landscape in Saudi Arabia, including the upcoming demand from PIF-led real estate projects. PIF also helped the team identify the relevant initiatives and cost advantages of establishing a marble cutting facility in Saudi Arabia.

As a result, Bianco Marble Qatar committed to setting up a marble cutting facility in Saudi Arabia to localize marble processing and established Al Rukham Al Abiad KSA. The facility, which spans over 1.3 million square meters and has an estimated total investment of SAR 120 million, will supply quality marble products to the Saudi market.
