In a landmark partnership, Tamimi Global Co. Ltd. (TAFGA), a renowned private sector Saudi Arabian company, joined forces with Red Sea Global (RSG), a Portfolio Company of the Public Investment Fund (PIF), for the development of the AMAALA Construction Village.

Recognizing TAFGA's expertise in the development of residential communities and their in-depth understanding of the local landscape, RSG engaged them as a strategic partner in the realization of the AMAALA Construction Village. This strategic collaboration went beyond a conventional contractor role and provided TAFGA with an opportunity to take the lead in designing and building the first stage of the village. The partnership also extended to collaborative involvement in the village's second and third stages of civil and infrastructure works.
