2022 Graduate Development Program
What Our Graduates Say
I am proud to be part of this Program and be a part of PIF's role in the Kingdom's vision 2030. I found PIF to be a place that continues to enhance my skills and knowledge. The Program also gave me access to top-tier education providers who helped close the gap between academia and real-world practice. PIF's working environment encourages us to make a better tomorrow for the Kingdom, aiming to unlock potential in the field of investment and open new horizons to explore.
Abdulrahman Mohammed AlAjlan
I was given the opportunity to learn, grow, and begin a successful career through the PIF’s Graduate Development Program. During my training in the Risk Division, I worked with so many people across different professions. This allowed me to network and truly learn what it means to work as a team.
Nashwah Hasan S Almassloom
PIF's Graduate Development Program refines trainees' knowledge with a solid academic and training foundation across various fields. That's why I wanted to be part of it. The Program at the PIF Academy showed me how to be ready to join the workforce. I learned skills that I can use in the financial sector, such as financial analysis and feasibility studies, negotiation skills, and the ability to communicate with public institutions in this sector. I encourage new graduates to join the Program as it will significantly benefit their future careers.
