HUMAIN was strategically launched in May 2025 under the Public Investment Fund (PIF) to build the entire AI stack: data centers, cloud infrastructure, models, and applications. Chaired by HRH Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, the company is poised to be a significant contributor to Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030, playing a crucial role in economic diversification by reducing reliance on oil and transforming the economy into a knowledge-based one. The company is expected to generate high-tech job opportunities within the Kingdom and foster local innovation, intellectual property creation, and the attraction of top talent. By leveraging its strategic location and young, tech-savvy population, HUMAIN aims to position Saudi Arabia as a globally competitive AI hub.

HUMAIN's mission is to develop and manage advanced AI technologies and infrastructure, aiming to enhance human capabilities and unlock new opportunities within the digital economy. The company operates across the entire AI value chain, providing end-to-end AI capabilities. This includes building next-generation data centers with significant computing power that incorporate hundreds of thousands of NVIDIA's most advanced GPUs. HUMAIN also offers cloud platforms for scalable and secure AI development.

Furthermore, HUMAIN is focused on creating advanced AI models, including ALLAM, one of the world's most powerful multimodal Arabic large language models, co-developed with SDAIA. These efforts extend to deliver transformative AI applications and solutions designed to revolutionize various sectors, including smart cities, energy, healthcare, manufacturing, and financial services.
