PIF empowers contractors' growth and capability building through three key programs

  1. Contractor Pre-Qualification Program: easy registration and pre-qualification with PIF Development Companies through one platform
  2. Contractor Engagement Program: fostering collaboration with PIF Development Companies
  3. Contractor Financing Program: enhancing access to financing

Contractor Pre-qualification Program

A common, digital platform, operated in collaboration with the Saudi Contractors Authority (SCA), that allows contractors to register and prequalify to work with PIF Development Companies.

  1. Login or Register at Muqawil.org.
  2. Select the PIF Pre-Qualification Program from the “Qualification Service” section.
  3. Submit the required documents.

  4. Await Approval: once approved, PIF Development Companies will gain access to your profile as a prequalified contractor.

 

Contractor Engagement Program

This program focuses on:

  • Increasing Awareness: providing visibility on and access to PIF Development Companies’ project pipelines through demand signaling sessions, roadshows, public forums, workshops and individual meeting

  • Building Capabilities: enhancing contractors’ capabilities through Contractor Upskilling bootcamps that address PIF Development Companies’ requirements across business development, tendering and delivery processes

  • Facilitating Engagement: enabling introduction to and direct engagement with PIF Development Companies

Contractor Financing Program

A portfolio of products tailored to support contractors in securing their financing needs through the broader banking and non-banking ecosystem - enabling them to successfully deliver PIF Development Companies’ projects. The program consists of two key products:

Credit Assessment of PIF Contractors (CAPC)

A credit assessment framework administered by  Tassnief Rating Agency, that enables a more accurate evaluation of contractors’ creditworthiness and capacity, helping unlock access to both banking and non-banking financial products. To become CAPC-certified, please contact BDT@tassnief.com.

Surety Bonds for Contractors

A new insurance product administered by Walaa Cooperative Insurance Company, allowing contractors to obtain non-funded credit facilities through insurance companies.
