MUSAHAMA Award for Excellence
This award is presented to companies that have demonstrated exceptional achievement in their local content performance. It recognizes organizations that are considered champions in local content for significantly outperforming their peers.
MUSAHAMA Award for Growth
This award recognizes companies that have demonstrated rapid progress in advancing local content. It highlights organizations that achieved significant year-on-year improvements and set a strong example of how growth and commitment to local content can drive lasting impact.
MUSAHAMA Award for Innovation
Awarded to companies that invest in research and development, this category celebrates organizations that deliver innovative solutions to the market and demonstrate how creativity and forward thinking can strengthen local content.

Yes, it is possible to apply to more than one category if you meet the criteria for each category.

What are the different award categories?
The MUSAHAMA Awards include three categories: the MUSAHAMA Award for Excellence, which focuses on differentiated performance in local content; the MUSAHAMA Award for Growth, which recognizes fast progress in local content; and the MUSAHAMA Award for Innovation, which highlights companies with significant research and development investments that enhance local content performance.

What is the purpose of MUSAHAMA Awards?
MUSAHAMA Awards aim to recognize and celebrate outstanding performance in Local Content amongst the private sector. It highlights achievements in local content excellence and growth, as well as innovation.

Do I have to be a vendor to PIF or a PIF portfolio company to be eligible?
No, MUSAHAMA AWARDS is open to all companies with Saudi commercial registration.

How do we nominate vendors for the awards?
No nomination is required. All companies can apply directly through the PIF website.

What information is required to apply?
We strive to streamline the application process as much as possible. Only information that facilitates the identification of winners is required. This includes basic company information, local content certificates and any other requirements as requested.

How will the awards be evaluated?
Each award category has specific evaluation criteria. For more information, visit each award category page.

How many winners will be selected?
A total of five winners will be selected, two for each category except the MUSAHAMA Award for Innovation, which will have only one winner.

When is the deadline for submitting the application template?
The application window will close on November 31st, 2025. However, if the number of applications received reaches a predetermined threshold before that date, the application window will close before November 31st. We encourage you to submit your application as soon as you are ready to do so.

When will the winners be announced?
Winners will be announced during the Private Sector Forum. The results will also be published on the PIF website and shared across PIF’s media channels.
