Diriyah Company's masterplan sets the strategic direction for the city’s redevelopment, harmonizing historical preservation with modern urban design. It provides a cohesive framework for all residential, hospitality, retail, cultural and mixed-use developments across Diriyah. Central to the masterplan is the preservation of At-Turaif, a UNESCO World Heritage site, while enabling high-quality, sustainable urban growth. By integrating iconic landmarks, public spaces, infrastructure and innovative design principles, the masterplan fosters a unique environment where heritage and modernity coexist seamlessly.

Spanning 14 km², it guides developments that support economic diversification, tourism growth and enhanced quality of life.
